The TWCA Membership Agreement outlines the TWCA’s commitment to its membership and the members responsibilities to the TWCA.
Membership Agreement
As a member in good standing of the TWCA I agree to represent and portray the TWCA in a positive light, to present the ideas of the TWCA clearly and to endorse the TWCA in word and deed through speaking engagements, tradeshows, acts of philanthropy, and the use of TWCA qualified goods and/or methods in the cultivation, installation and/or design of managed spaces.
I will represent the livegoods industry in a positive light to the best of my abilities in word and deed through speaking engagements, tradeshows, and acts of philanthropy and strive to promote the benefits of greenspaces in general and turfgrasses in particular.
I agree to not misrepresent my interests or level of involvement in the TWCA maintaining transparency and integrity in my actions in accordance with the TWCA’s own efforts to remain transparent and maintain a reputation beyond reproach.
TWCA Commitment to its Members
The TWCA will reasonably maintain exclusivity of benefits and privileges conferred by membership and will not extend those privileges or benefits to any non member, including use of the TWCA logo, TWCA endorsement of companies or organizations, and TWCA generated or supplied materials. TWCA will make every reasonable effort to fulfill all of its obligations to its membership including newsletters, trainings and custom marketing materials.
TWCA will represent the livegoods industry in a positive light to the best of its abilities in word and deed through speaking engagements, tradeshows, and acts of philanthropy and strive to promote the benefits of greenspaces in general and turfgrasses in particular.
TWCA will lead by example in the efforts to educate public, private, and individuals about the importance of water conservation, the benefits of greenspaces in general and turfgrasses in particular, and the recommended methods and varieties used in the cultivation, installation and/or design of managed spaces through speaking engagements, tradeshows, and acts of philanthropy.
The TWCA board reserves the right to terminate membership for one of the following:
Failure to pay dues;
Failure to adhere to the principles of the TWCA as outlined above.
